Since 1998 the acclaimed French project Oil 10 produce pure electronic tracks in which powerful, elegant, and analogical sounds mix-up. Gilles Rossire chisels his findings around a genuine musical framework and achieves a terrific fusion between ambient and techno, retro-futurism and catchy hymns.
In addition of a multitude of remix credits and compilation apparearances, Oil 10 has performed energetic and visual gigs across Europe from England to Poland and has composed soundtracks for movies. The French artist is among the better artists in the crossover genre where cinematic ambient and dancefloor meet each other.
Now he’s back with the new album RetroFuture, a complete revisited exploration of his most representative electro themes, an orbital new ride around Oil 10 music system.
